I could do the ugliest fakie if it's alright for one person to do two things. And I'll print up some crosswords if someone could help me with the clues. I could do a word search too. My printer does not work so I would have to sent the files to someone and have them print them out and distribute them at the meet.

That's fine. ^_^
As for the Ugliest Fakie, since we are asking people just contribute some small prize to the prize table, I suppose in order to run it, you just have to remind people to enter, where to put their fakies, and perhaps pick out the judges for the contest?

When I throw a meet we played left, right center with custom bait ponies. Everyone would have to contribute 3 baits in order to play. The winner gets all the ponies.
A pony swap is fun, too. Everyone brings a wrapped pony and then everyone picks a different on and it would be a surprise who they get.

What is this left right center game? I don't think I've played it before... sounds like fun! ^_^ Do you want to run it, Baby Lofty?
I'd vote against a pony swap. It's a neat game, but I think too many people come away from it disappointed. (got a duplicate, got something they are not interested in) Also why I don't like that... I think it's called "White Elephant" game... where present-openers can "steal" presents from other people... because they are later in the line or something.
But! ^_^ If enough people want to do a pony swap (I won't plan on participating, personally) please go ahead and organize one! Maybe start a thread, see who wants to participate, have some rules/guidelines? Just post and let me know! ^_^

For Left, Right, Center - everyone starts out with their three custom bait ponies in front of them (The players supply their own ponies.) The dice have left, right, center, or a black dot on them.
You roll the 3 dice and depending on what you roll determines which way your ponies go.
Either to the person on the left, the person on the right, or in the middle. If you roll a black dot, you keep the pony. It all depends on which way you roll the dice. Once the pony makes it to the middle she is out of play. Whoever is the last one to put their pony in the middle wins all of them.
It is fun. I would be happy to run it if people are interested in playing.

Baby Lofty - OOOH! I've played that! That's loads of fun!!! ^_^ Let's do... let's do!!! Do you have the dice? Also, to make it easier for more people to play, can we make it allowable to us McDonald's ponies (any gen) instead of custom baits? Personally, I'll probably bring a mix... I have ONE custom bait, and some G3 McDonald's ponies. And perhaps the winner could also take an item from the prize table, in case the player is not interested in the baits/McD's themselves. The winner would get the pile, but also a pick from the table. Whaddya think?
Lady Satine - Yay! ^_^ That would be great! I'd guess make 20 to 25 copies of each game, just to make sure we're covered. ^_^

GUess that Pony!How about a "Guess that pony" game? I would bring one pony all covered up and well hidden, possibly mummy wrapped or even in a box. Clues about her identity would be given out throughout the meet. Whoever guesses the ponies identity wins her.

I like the "Guess that pony" game. Only it would need to be a G1, cuz I don't know any of the G3 names.

Crazy Cat Lady - I don't think we will have time for Pony Memory any more. We have so little time! @_@ We could probably use your help totaling up the Custom Contest votes... if you still want to help run an activity...
